The Cloud Shop Return and Refund Policy

At The Cloud Shop, all products are custom-made and tailored to meet your individual preferences. Each item is unique, created specifically for you.

Returns & Exchanges

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items, as they are exclusively produced for your order.

Exceptions: We will consider a return or exchange only in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged;

• The item has a manufacturing defect.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at thecloudshop.ca@gmail.com, including clear photos of the issue and a detailed description.

Shipping Costs

• All return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., manufacturing defect or damage during production).

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

In accordance with Canadian and U.S. consumer protection laws:

• Businesses are not required to accept returns for custom-made items unless they are defective or damaged.

• Consumer protection laws vary by province (Canada) and state (USA), but there is no legal obligation to provide refunds for personalized products without a valid issue.
